Artisan Foods is dedicated to producing the highest-quality products using local ingredients, family recipes, and small-batch production techniques.
The fruit and berries used to prepare the jelly, jam, and preserves are harvested locally and in season. To assure the highest quality in taste, all recipes are prepared in small quantities using traditional home canning processes. Great care and pride is used to create a unique dining experience.
Artisan foods are prepared using locally grown fruits and vegetables. The Jalapeño peppers, strawberries, blackberries, figs and peaches are grown in the Midlands region of South Carolina. The peaches come from orchards near Johnston, SC area known as the Peach Capital of the World. The Mayhaws are harvested from family owned farms in South Alabama, South Georgia and South Carolina. All products are made in small batches using fresh produce and traditional recipes
